Here are steps to fix this problem.

 

  • Click on Start Menu on your Computer.

  • Now, you have to Search "Services" and click on it.

  • Now click on any name showing in the list just Single click on any name.

  • Type on your Keyboard "Remote" or Just "R" Now you will see all list names starting with "R" then look for "Remote desktop Services" And Double Click on it. 

  • Then click on "Manual" and select Automatic. then click on "Stop" and now click on "Start after that click on "Apply" and click on "Ok" 

 

  • Disabling Network Level Authentication
  • Go to your Desktop, right-click on This PC, and select Properties.
  • Click on Remote Settings on the right-hand side.
  • Then, there is an Advanced Settings option

   

  • Under Advanced settings option, un-tick the ‘Allow connections only from computers running Remote Desktop with Network Level Authentication’ box and click on Proceed Anyway.

Congrats! You have fixed Internal Error has Occurred Error.
