How to cancel a Digirdp service

This tutorial will teach how you can cancel any of your digirdp service from the client area. _This tutorial will assume that you are already logged into the Client Area._

• Firstly, In the client area, Click on the Services section and in the next page click on the service you want to cancel:

• This takes you to the selected Service Page, where In the left sidebar, under Actions, you have to click on Request Cancellation.

After clicking on request cancellation button, a new page will appear. In that page 2 options will be given.

1. In the text box, type a brief reason why you want to cancel the product or service.
2. In the Cancellation Type list box, select whether you want the cancellation to be immediate, or occur at the end of the billing period.
3. Then you have to Click on Request Cancellation.
